Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data dmltraining.com collects, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by DML Training (Digital Marketing Lab), Badarpur Border, South Delhi, India ("DML Training", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email contact@dmltraining.com.

What we collect and why

Contact and quote forms

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the services you're interested in and your message — to reply to you and prepare a quote. Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet that only our team can access.

Free tools

Image converters, the word counter, the meta tag generator and similar tools run entirely in your browser; the files and text you use never reach our servers. Tools that check a URL (such as the SEO audit, canonical checker, Core Web Vitals checker and index checker) send that URL to our server, which fetches the public page or queries Google's PageSpeed Insights or a search API. We don't store the results, but we keep short-lived counters per IP address to enforce fair-use limits.

Some tools are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human. Cloudflare processes technical data for this purpose under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read and how people arrive). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address, device and browser information. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Embedded content

Some articles embed YouTube videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies until you play a video.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep data

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any legal record-keeping period. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website (hosting, Google, Cloudflare) and where required by law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email contact@dmltraining.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
